Victor Bisong, the Managing Director of CardinalStone Pensions is a seasoned Investment Banker and Capital Markets professional with over 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Trustee Services, and Wealth Management.
He began his career at First Bank of Nigeria Plc and has held key roles at SIAO Chartered Accountants, Nextzon Business Services, Cowry Asset Management, and PAC Capital Limited, leading major capital-raising and advisory transactions. He played a pivotal role in the 2005/2006 banking and insurance consolidation, conducting financial due diligence for over 10 institutions.
Victor co-founded Imperial Hills Limited and was the pioneer Managing Director at Transsnet Asset Management Ltd, securing its SEC Fund and Portfolio Management License.
He holds a BSc in Accounting from University of Calabar, an MSc in Finance and Banking, and is a registered Sponsor Individual with the SEC. He is a member of SAIBA and the Institute of Banking, Ireland, with extensive local and international training in investment and wealth management.

BUKOLA JOSHUA
Bukola Joshua is the Chief Financial Controller at CardinalStone Pensions, where he oversees the finance functions. Before joining CardinalStone Pensions, he served as the Financial Controller at CardinalStone Partners Ltd, managing the financial reporting, budgeting and tax management functions for the group. With over 13 years of experience as a professional accountant, his areas of specialization include financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and tax management.
He began his professional career at Moadok Ltd and later joined Zenith General Insurance Ltd as a Financial Reporting Accountant, where he played a pivotal role in maintaining a robust financial system and ensuring compliance with regulatory returns.
Bukola is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lagos State University and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Lagos. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School.

AUGUSTINE ODEY
Augustine Odey is an experienced HR professional and Change Manager with over 15 years of expertise in Human Resources, Administration, and Organizational Transformation. He oversees Human Resources, General Administration, Branch Expansion and Transformation at CardinalStone Pensions.
He holds an HND in Secretarial Studies (Information Technology) from Yaba College of Technology, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Lagos State University. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (AMCIPN).
Before joining CardinalStone Pensions, Augustine was Head of Admin & HR at Radix Capital Partners Limited, an independent investment banking firm. At CardinalStone Pensions, he has gained diverse investment experience while contributing to public issues, privatization, capital restructuring, and quality control.
In addition to his HR and administrative responsibilities, he plays a key role in transition management and ombuds processes at CardinalStone Pensions. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Lagos State University.

EMMANUEL P. ETIM
Emmanuel Patrick Etim is an experienced ICT professional and Database Administrator with over 17 years of expertise in designing and implementing Microsoft SQL Server solutions. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology, complemented by multiple professional trainings in Computer and Information Technology.
He is a member of the Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN) and has held key positions in leading organizations. Before joining CardinalStone Pensions, he served as Head of ICT at Evergreen Pensions Ltd and Oak Pensions Limited.
As a software solutions provider, he played a pivotal role in designing and developing an enterprise solution for the Nigerian pension industry while working with Sybase Nigeria (now Covenant Visions International).

JERRY NNEBUE
Jerry brings over 11 years of experience in banking, finance and investments. He currently serves as the Head of Investment at CardinalStone Pensions, where he oversees the management of various funds.
Before his current role, Jerry was a senior portfolio manager at CardinalStone Asset Management, where he supported the management of the firm’s investment portfolios, including separately managed funds and mutual funds across different asset classes. During this time, he also led the evaluation and appraisal of alternative investment opportunities, including real estate and infrastructure projects.
Earlier in his career at CardinalStone, Jerry was an investment strategist within the Research Department of the firm, where he jointly drove research and investment strategies across both traditional and alternative asset classes. In that capacity, he co-led the team to win the 2022 and 2023 editions of BusinessDay’s Banks and Other Financial Institutions (BAFI) award for the Equities Research Firm of the Year.
Jerry has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Data Science and Business Analytics from the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas, USA, where he finished top of his class. He is also a CFA Charter holder.

OLUWATOSIN Y ERUKUBAMI
Oluwatosin Yetunde Erukubami is a results-driven executive with over 15 years of experience in corporate communications, client experience, and business strategy. She has a proven track record of enhancing brand reputation, driving customer engagement, and implementing strategies that deliver business growth.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics, an MBA in Marketing from Lagos State University, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Corporate Communications at Rome Business School. She is also a member of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN) and has completed the Entrepreneurship and Capacity building training at Lagos Business School.
With expertise in lean management, strategy execution, and customer engagement, she is committed to enhancing brand perception, resolving client concerns efficiently, and fostering meaningful stakeholder relationships. She thrives in dynamic environments, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive organizational success.

ORESOTU OLUSOROMIDAYO
Mary is a seasoned finance professional with 18 years of experience in the pension industry, specializing in Risk Management, Fund Accounting, Finance, Financial Control, Internal Control, and Audit.
She holds a BSc (Hons) and MSc in Accounting from Babcock University, Ogun State, Nigeria. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and an Associate Member of the Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN). Additionally, she is a member of the International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals Inc.
Mary spent over a decade at CrusaderSterling Pensions Ltd, where she made significant contributions to the organization’s growth. Her outstanding performance earned her multiple awards, including Best Staff in Financial Control (2011, 2012) and Best Staff in Internal Control (2013).
Mary has been instrumental in strengthening CardinalStone Pensions’ risk management framework and currently serves as the Head of Risk Management, overseeing key strategic initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and financial stability.

JOAN OLINKE
Joan Olinke started her career in the Pension Industry in March 2007 with the now Access ARM Pensions. She has valuable experience in Contribution Mgt., Benefit Administration, Client Services and Brand Mgt.
Before joining the pension industry, she had a brief stint in the oil and gas sector (with Vetco Gray Nig.) and the hospitality Industry.
Joan holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and B.A. English from Ambrose Alli University. She also holds a Diploma in Advertising from 02 Academy and a Certification in Outstanding Customer Relationship Mgt. from the Lagos Business School.
